If the manufacturer/network has released an update you'll be able to download using the Software Updates menu (in Settings > About).
Otherwise you'll only be able to update by rooting and installing a custom ROM, if someone has made one for that device. Both rooting and ROMs are device-specific, and I'm not familiar with this device, so can't tell you whether this is possible.
