Updated Android Market!!

For those who haven't heard and are interested, there is an updated Android Market. I came accross it over at XDA. Anyway here ya go!

Neat. The article doesn't explain much, so I ask, what is the difference? Is it cosmetic or are there functional changes as well?

Its seems to be a change in ui and now when you purchase something you only have 15 mins to get a refund vs 24 hours previously.

Probably to make developers happy. Apparently they did some research and determined that most people who return apps do it in the first 15 minutes. We'll see how well it actually goes over.

I haven't. seen anything stating a change. in refund policy, just hi improvements. I do wish that Google would notify us of the update like every other app instead of the stealth upgrade they did.

The new marked doesn't roll out for another week or two. The people that have it now installed it manually from a leaked .apk

I personally think the 15 min return window is way too short. There have been several times where I have bought an app and spent hours trying to get it to work properly on my phone, then returned it after giving up. I agree that 24 hours was longer than necessary, but you should at least have an hour or two to make sure it will work for you.
