Updated Calendar MOD for 2.2

I have worked on updating the existing calendar app.
I added color highlighting to the Month View and also added the ability to select what day you want the week to start on.

Although I use the Pure Grid Calendar Widget, I downloaded and I'm going to install ... I'll report back. From your screen shot, it looks much more functional than stock.
