Version 3 is finished and has been released to the ABCindicate website. It will also be updated with a new link in the op as soon as awesomeofsauce signed in to change it. Please be aware that the current screenshots are of version 1 and it has gone through some additional changes between version 2 and 3......the theme has been updated and the wallpaper changed and the shutdown animation should be working fine now. Thanks to everyone who assisted with the making of AlienWarez! and ABC plans to port this rom to the other devices on our list to build for. If anyone has any other themes that they would prefer to have a rom for then simply pm either me or awesome with the idea and preferable base and we will look into it. :)
 
This thread needs updated!!! Version 3 has been released with a fix for the shutdown animation...it can be downloaded from the ABC site directly....this thread will be updated as soon as awesomeofsauce signs in

Yeah..it does...the only thing that people have to remember when using this rom is to wait for about 15 seconds after the phone fully boots before unlocking it because if you do that as soon as it boots up then the launcher will freeze up and lock up the phone...but so far im loving this rom and ive been showing it to all the homies :D
 
I'm A big fan of ALIEN war**. This is very fast and I think it would live up to their standards. It is a very fast, slick rom with a great combination user friendly user
of apps. really a good one aboatright. NIce Job.
 
Pretty sure nobody cares but...I fixed the whole music widget problem by simply signing into my google account and letting the dalvic thing rebuild or whatever...wow

no failure...everyone needs a break now and then...lol...i just finished porting alienware over to the conquer...next is the optimus m..and the esteem...i think i am gonna release the optimus m roms onto rom manager. I already have an account just need to load them. :)
 
i tip my hat to the awesomeness of the abcindicate! the boot and shutdown ani's are sweet.. the dock confused me for about 5 minutes, but once i figured it out and set it up everything else was just icing on the cake..

the dock was what i call a clean slate start...lol.....its your phone..your rom..lol...blank so you can build it the way you like. I too am fond of the bootanimation and shutdown...kinda cool...to be truthful i am really surprised at how much i actually like this rom. The looks and color are my style but the wallpaper made the deal for me..i loved it..had to change it from what was in version 1.

So everyone is aware...one you boot up long press the screen and add shortcut for applications grid. Drop it into your dock bar and start from there.
check out the widget dialer..themed just for the alienware.
AND YOU MUST PRESS THE LITTLE ANDROID IN THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE SCREEN IN YOUR CONTAPPS...PRESS IT ALOT...THERE ARE ABOUT 10 DIFFERENT ANIMATIONS..HE DANCES...HE DISAPPEARS..ITS A SHIP THAT FLIES AWAY..IT CHANGES COLORS..IT PLAYS HIDE AND SEEK..ITS FUNNY AS HELL..

so running the hell out this Rom i had to go back to my p.u.2.2 backup.. clicking clicking a contact from a text message to call them locks up the system and requires a battery pull to restart, and I've been getting allot of random reboots and shutdowns during heavy use.. aside from that it's still imo a sweet rom, just couldn't deal with the reboots and shutdowns..
