Help Updated software now icons missing

I updated my phone today and now all the apps that I keep on the SD card are greyed out and say SD on the bottom right corner. They still work but I want the normal colorful icons back. Any ideas?
 
This has been previously reported here. Remove the icons and add them back to your home screen and they should be fine.
