I want to edit a text file in my PC (in a website or in an app) and see the text file with the latest editings on my Samsung Galaxy Note!

same, I want to edit it on my mobile and see the latest version on my PC too!

Is it possible?

Google Drive, Dropbox or other cloud storage would work. Or Google Keep and similar web-,based note apps would give similar functionality.
