Root Updated to 4.1.1 after OTA and now cannot root again

So i rooted my nexus 7 after following a video

and installed SU and clockwork recovery, but right after rebooting, the ota came up and forgot about it and decided it to install it, it took me back to recovery and asked if i wanted to update and i did, but now that im running the newest version, i tried running SU again and when trying to update binaries , i received an "installation failed" error and tried to go to cwm again and the fallen android with red exclamation mark appeared so now i cannot go to cwm

what can i do to get back root access?

Well, you need to install a custom recovery and flash SU again. Basically start over

You also got lucky this time, you should never take any OTA's once rooted, you should always wait and see first and make sure there are no issues with the OTA release.

Thank you guys, what i did is yes start from all over but from a PC using ONE CLICK ROOT....worked easily and perfectly

i will take advice of not updating until i get news that the new update is rooteable
