Help updater tool wont install??

So I went to the LG website and tried to install the updater tool but it says I need my PC to be connected to the internet to check for Updates. Buuuuut I am connected to the internet?? lol. Not sure what else to do since I REALLY dont want to drive to the store... which im sure its too late anyway to do that and update my phone.

Do you use and kind of IP blocker or have an antivirus program? I had a similar problem...looking around, you can try and open the lg mobile support tool's port (9002) on your router...
