Help updates / apps - downloading from Market - probl

Hello, recently I found out that no apps updates can be downloaded from Market...can you help me with that?
Everytime I try to update or download some app it shows the message "dowloading unsuccesfull, try it later".
I tried to uninstall the app and downlaod it as a new one but with no success...
ny ideas please? thank you
 
There has been a bug on the market, it's something to do with Automatic Updates being checked. Try Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and then find either market or market updater and see if you have automatic updates ticked. I am saying all this from memory because my phone doesn't have this, it seems to depend on which carrier you are on.

Mine is not working too.. and I didn't manage to find this settings above.
 
This problem has been on all android handsets and was a problem with the market itself. I tried downloading from the market last night and everything seemed back to normal so give it a go now, Google appear to have fixed the problem.
 
I agree, the problem is the market app itself.
I read other forums the solution they suggested is to uninstall the market update. and it seems it goes back to normal.

I unistalled the Market App Update (Settings -> Manage Apps -> Market: unistall all updates) as told above. Solved all my problems.

It's not auto-updating so far..

...Proxy,port and APN settings and it should be solved. Had the same problem after upgrading my phone. Just spoke to SE support and they gave me that info.....now it
 
I'm having the same problem. Can someone please explain how to fix this in simple, lay terms? I don't know some of the more technical terms. THanks.
