Help Updates - Samsung Apps vs. Play Store Apps?

My Note 10.1 is rooted, with TWRP Recovery, stock ROM.

I got a notification that I have 2 potential updates for Samsung Apps. I have not installed any apps from the Samsung App Store yet, so I investigated.

One listing is Evernote. I have used Evernote for years, and did install it on the tablet when setting the tablet up. But...I installed it from the Play Store, not from Samsung Apps. I went and checked the Play Store for updates, and all installed apps are shown as current (no updates) including Evernote.

So, what would happen if I accept the update for Evernote from Samsung Apps?

Settings/Application Manager shows a single instance of Evernote is installed, holding 50 MB. Is it possible Samsung Apps is somehow attached to the updates for the same Evernote app installed by the Play Store?

Yes - and it's also possible that Samsung has a later update than Play.

Thanks! Oddly, when I search for Evernote on each app store, they both list 5.7 as the version they have for download. I'm gonna try updating on Samsung's store, but just for safety I'm making another TIBU backup of all my apps and data first.

Edit: Wow. Compared to Play Store, Samsung Apps is S. L. O. W. This is taking forever! Play Store would have downloaded and updated this 20MB very quickly. I'm not impressed.
