updates

Anyone get this update problem figured out? Mine will download the update but will never install it. It gets stuck on "verify package". I've tried rebooting, deleting the software and redownloading but nothing works. My last option is doing a total hard reset and see if that works........

any other suggestions?

well.......right after posting this thread I tried one more time. I connected my hox to the pc went into the download folder and deleted everything. I rebooted and did a manual check for updates and it said "your software is up to date. recheck in 24 hours". WTH??? I advanced the date by 2 days and re-checked. This time it said "update available" and it proceeded to download.......I did not touch it. (usually I press ok and keep playing around on the phone.) It downloaded and then went right into an install. My phone is now up to date. I've been trying to get it to update since the update came out! Why it decided to finally do it is anyones guess. it has a mind of it's own......
