updates

Hi i want to update my daughters tablet she got for xmas from santa, how do you do this as it continues to crash very regular!!! i have a time2touch 7" tablet and i feel very disapointed in the product.

Hello there pdhowlett!
Is there a menu about system updates that you can select to check for updates?
I am not familiar with that product but you could try that or is there a reset button on the back?

hi thanks for the reply, i've been through all the options and manual and there is nothing about updating, when you connect it to the pc it is only for data transfers! I myself have a galaxy tab and the updating process is very easy via kies but there is nothing for this product at all like this, i will try a factory reset tmw and see if that helps any.
