Updating an Android tablet

Hi! I'm gonna buy an Android tablet from LightInTheBox.
And 2.1 doesn't include Finnish language, but 2.3 does.
How I can update that? If I can't, I don't buy it.

Support for new versions of Android on most tablets is dependent on the tablet manufacturer. The hardware manufacturer will need to release a version compiled and optomized for the tablet. If I'm not mistaken LightintheBox sells Chinese knockoff tablets so support will be challenging.
