Help Updating Android via Kies Problem

Hello,

My problem is Kies doesn't update my Android...

I installed Kies properly and plug usb cable to my phone (Which is Galaxy-S5570) and Kies told me update my phone's OS...

I backup and started the update with full charge firstly there was no problem it dowloaded update data but after that it gives me a warning about "firmware update is not working properly. It will gonna close".

But it isn't closed program and after 30 minutes nothing happen... I closed program. So i don't want the use Odin because i can't afford a brick situation... Any help about this?

Then go for Odin method, if you follow the instructions at Handy Informations carefully, you should have no ptoblem upgrading your device. Search for upgrading to GB or similar terms at this site Handy Informations
