Root Updating Cyanogenmod 7.2

I've just downloaded cm-7-20120616-UNOFFICIAL-marvel.zip

to my phone but need advice on performing the update. What do I need to wipe? ROM Manager is only suggesting wiping Dalvik Cache.

I am running 7.2 RC1 at the moment.

I just flashed it as if I were going to flash a new rom

So that means:

Factory Reset
Wipe data cache
Wipe Dalvik cache

reflash gapps

I was under the impression that if you were already running CM all that malarkey wasn't neccessary...

You know, I think that there might be. And if there isn't, someone should make it possible . Beceause this whole factory again reset is pretty annoying.
If you find it, please let me know

Found someone on XDA who had done the same update. He said 'don't wipe anything', so I took his advice and just installed the zip (which cwm recognised as an update), didn't reflash gapps, either. Phone rebooted. into the updated system with all my apps and accounts intact. Job done!

The only glitch is that now YouTube videos don't work any more - I didn't have that problem with 7.2 RC1. C'est la vie
