AFAIK, no. Once an app is frozen, the app basically disappears from the system (again, as I understand it).

Apps that are frozen by TB are still showing up as getting updates in the Market. I believe this is because the Market scans for links and apks on your phone and if the link points to a valid APK it tries to update it. I know I keep getting reminders to update the Verizon bloatware that has been frozen on my phone.

Been having this issue too, I tried using ROM toolbox to freeze the same apps that I froze with titanium, but have not done a good test to see if it helped.
