Help Updating FW got stuck!!!!

Hi, I decided to update firmware. I dont have any root or something like this. I fully-charged my phone, connected it to my PC, started Kies. Update notification appeared so I did everything as it should be done... PC downloaded firmware and some other things... Then it started to instal new FW to my phone and it got stuck on 31% after 30 mins it jumped to 32% and last hour and a half it is stucked there. There is "Downloading... Do not turn off target!" notification with blue bar below, which is around 33% of screen on display of my phone. I dont know what to do... Tomorrow I'm leaving on holiday and I need my phone. Thanks for any advice.

Hi I had a similar problem.I GOT IN TOUCH WITH SAMSUNG They told me to unplug the phone restart the computer .
try pressing and holding the home button and power button until the screen goes blank and restarts and try upgrading again.
