Help Updating HTC Legend

I've just noticed that the Privacy option has disappeared from my Settings.

When updating I have always gone Menu > Settings > Privacy > Back Up. Now there is no Privacy in Settings. Anyone know how I can back up??
 
Thanks for the tip. Nothing worked for me though :(

I am also getting YOU HAVE NO CALENDARS when I try to enter a reminder in my calendar. Sigh. This is why I never update.
