I got my S2 in March (never been rooted) and since then whenever I restart it it tells me there's an Android update available but it never gets through applying the update. I always get the exclamation point triangle. I've also tried downloading it on the PC and installing it manually from the SD card (both with and without renaming the file to 'update') and get the same thing. I even tried a factory reset and still no luck. Right now I'm on Android version 2.3.4 (GB build EG30) and the update file name includes "EG30_to_EK02" so I at least know it's what should be the next next update from what I have now.
