I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and when I go to update it, it say no update available?

Use the PC software called ODIN and find the 4.1.2 OS for your carrier. Check out this thread in the S2 (T-Mobile) forum to get an idea of how it will work. If your phone is not from T-Mobile or the other carriers marked in Red in that thread do not use the OS mentioned in that thread. It will brick your device.
