Root Updating rooted 4.0.4 Droid 4 to Jelly Bean

I have a rooted droid 4 with 4.0.4 and want to update to jelly bean. I know the droid utility tool is needed to unroot but I can't find it anywhere, all the links say the file is missing. How can I unroot to update?

you don't need to unroot, if you installed safestrap, that needs to be unstrapped
if safestrap was installed, may just want to flash xml recovery file, or use droid 4 utility

I believe I found the reason why my droid will not update. When I first rooted it I deleted alot of stock apps and bloatware instead of freezing them. Any ides on how I can get them back.

the fastest way is to use
DROID 4 Utility XT894 Jellybean
use option 1, flash firmware and wipe data
YouTube Video- Flash Droid 4 XT894 .xml firmware using Droid 4 Jellybean Utility
then use option 3, if you want to root
