Apps Updating the android SDK

In eclipse I need to update my android SDK. I do that and it asks for usernames and passwords for what looks like the brand names that produce android products I never remember getting this before?
 
I noticed this also - I believe it happened twice when I installed. The first time I clicked "ok" or "login", the second time it was asking for a MotoDev login which I belong to, so I entered my MotoDev password and everything seemd to work ok.

It was annoying, but everything seems to function.
