Help Updating the OS

Am I correct that the OS build will auto update through T-Mobile or do I have to manually update it. I see that I am on RC19 and RC29 is now out.

I believe it will auto update at staggering times, or if you want it now there is a sticky thread here with instructions to manually do it.
