Help Updating to Android Version 4.0.4

Anybody know how to update from version 4.0.3 to 4.0.4? I have read on another site that this fixes the Fetching Mail/Smart Sync problem and the wont charge past 68% problem.

I'd like to know the same thing. I navigated to my phone's internal software update screen hoping that it would be listed there but it wasn't... I would have liked to think that it would be available for download or pushed to my phone as it becomes available... nothing...
