Root Updating to Jelly Bean w/ TWRP

Every time I try to do the over the air update from ICS to JB on my AT&T Skyrocket when the phone restarts I get stuck at the TWRP bootloader (from when I rooted it). When I tell it to restart and the phone boots it tells me the update was unsuccessful. What am I doing wrong?

That's what I was afraid of. I can't find the original, and to be honest I forgtt how to do it it's been so long since I've messed with it.

Should be able to Google it and find several hits or just Odin the stock Rom and that will take you to stock recovery also hope fully that helps ya
