Hello and welcome to Android Forums

Did you upgrade the tablet OTA or did you flash the upgrade yourself?

Your best bet would be to sign up and head to the Nexus 7 section, where other users of the same tablet could help you out. Head to either Nexus 7 (2012) - Android Forums or Nexus 7 (2013) - Android Forums (depending on which model you have)
