The model your are referring to is not a G alaxy Tab3 7.0 is just a Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus

You have to ways to check out for an OS upgrade:

ONE go to the configuration icon tap it and find ABOUT tap and find software update.

TWO connect your Tab via USB to your PC or laptop Click on the KIES samsung software and let it run until it detects your device IF there is an OS upgrade it will show up on the program If yes just click for to update.
