Upgrade Credit?

I need to go by B&N and get a new power cord (broke another one. LOL). I'll ask them if there is an up grade credit.

I'm guessing it won't be much. If refurbs go for $150, I would think the credit wouldn't be more than $100.

I got by B&N today.

They didn't have any Nook Tab's, and they didn't know of any upgrade credit. I talked to a buddy of mine that had told me he had gotten an upgrade credit - turns out it was a return credit for a broke Nook (original) traded in for a NC.

I also talked to my wife about her Nook Color, I though we had gotten an "upgrade credit" on it, but no, that was a $25 discount, but it was for having a B&N rewards account or something...

So I am wrong all around... sorry for any confusion.

I can tell you as a B&N employee that it is very doubtful that there will be any trade in credits offered until the first of the year at the very earliest.
