Help Upgrade from AT&T now Kies says "Your...

Did an ota upgrade from AT&T, about 82 mb. Installed fine. Still version 4.0.4. Something interesting now with Kies. It says " Your device does not support software upgrading via Kies" Never said that b4.

Any thoughts??
