Upgrade from Droid X to S3 from Tigerdirect

Has anyone done this? Is it possible to switch sims? What are the things i will need to do to accomplish this?

Stopped by the verizon store last nite and they still wanted 250, while it was 150 through tigerdirect. I asked if they would match and got the standard its not the same phone BS.

If it's not a Verizon model, it won't work on Verizon. So, their "not the same phone BS" was correct.

Yes it is the verizon version.
