There are a lot of versions of apads and from what I've seen the upgrade roms are very specific to each device. There may be one out there for your apad, but without a model number it's almost impossible to tell.

apad :: tablet like Kleenex :: tissue, there are just too many models with differing components to be sure. I would say the options are :
1. Find a rom that works with your exact model and configuration.
2. Keep trying custom rom's until you find one that works, or you brick it.
3. Buy a new tablet.
