Help Upgrade Note with Android 4.0.4

Today morning I got a prompt to update my phone's software, since i dont have time i have clicked on cancel....later on i have tried to click on update phone. it is telling me that there is no update available.
Can you someone pls help to resolve the issue as i think samsung has release some update and it is now not showing me while i try to update the phone.

Current version: 4.0.3 ICS

baseband: N7000DDLP4
Build # : IML74K.DDLP8

Plug the phone into your laptop and fire up Kies.... Download it that way

Same happened with me also. Now Kies method is also not working as my internet connection got disconnected and i have to stop the download. now it is showing that my phone is already updated.
pl help..

Well, I just updated to 4.0.4 yesterday.

The note started updating two days ago, but failed. Then it started again yesterday and it worked fine.

I rooted my Note prior to that, and all roots seem to be working.
