Help Upgrade question

I have a galaxy s5 I Want to upgrade but don't want to go over $600 does anyone have any suggestions and I seen ebay sellers sell phones cheap
 
Upgrade: so something better than present Samsung S5. Then we are talking about the S6 or other comparable phones. Those phones will be above $600. No telco has ever offered it cheap, except when you buy on a contract. I wouldn't buy a premium phone that is sold cheap. Not worth the trouble.
