Upgrade ruined my tablet!!!

My Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 recently upgraded itself! After the upgrade, it said the tablet would restart itself. Well...guess what...It won't even come back on! All I'm getting is the start up screen which says "Samsung Galxy Tab2 10.1" and it is stuck there!!! Please helP
