Upgrade Time

I am about to upgrade to the Hero with Orange.I have been with Orange about 18 months and was wondering if anyone had any tips, ie who to talk to and what to say??

Just done that, if you google about, you'll find a site that offers a free Hero, Orange wanted

Phone them up, ask them about the phone, say 'well that's not very competitive against T-Mobile, can you put me through to disconnections please?', watch as they fall over themselves to keep you. (This is assuming you're a good customer who pays their bill on time, etc etc...)
