Help Upgrade to 45.4.13

Been an interesting day! For some reason, APPs started shutting down like crazy today. Finally and without my intervention, I received an upgrade to 45.3.6. Why? I don't know! But, I went with it. Afterwards and with APPs still shutting down, I get an upgrade to 45.4.13. So, again...I go with it. However this time, the upgrade fails and I get the Triangle over the Android look on my screen. So, I reboot and now all I see is the DUAL CORE Technology logo and nothing else happens so...she's stuck.

I am not rooted...used to be but reverted back quite some time ago.

Can someone suggest the next steps please?

Never mind...doing a factory reset...jeesh, sometimes I hate technology!

Well....after factory reset, still not booting. Just hangs at Dual Core Logo. Help!!
