Hi All, just wondering if anyone has a clear idea of what their next phone will be?

I'm starting to have a look around (not too seriously as the legend does everything I need it to for now) but one thing I've noticed is that you can get either a high powered but pocket burstingly huge phone or a smaller pocket friendly but basic (low CPU etc...) phone.

What I'm after is something close to the size of the legend but with a 1GHz + CPU and a decent level of RAM.

The closets one I've seen is the Desire S (still bigger though) or the Samsung Galaxy R (which according to this site is bigger again : Samsung Galaxy R Visual Size Comparison - Phone Arena )

Anyone got any other ideas?

Cheers!

I'm wondering the same thing. I don't think you can avoid a big screen these days. The Legend seems to be one of the last ones. I still want an HTC with Android, no Windows or anything either.

Yeah I know what you mean. I think the Desire S is probably what I'll end up going for when it's finally time to change (I've played with my wife's Wildfire S and the new version of sense is very nice....)

Of course this wouldn't be such an issue if the Legend wasn't such a bugger to root.... ah well it's still a good phone :)

If you dont want to carry a brick arround with you, then I'd suggest Incredible S. Neat phone, superb performance.. But if you want the full android experience as good as HTC gets - Sensation :)

Hmm I was looking at the incredible but wasn't sure what you got over the desire s (apart from a bigger screen and better camera)

The camera isn't a deal breaker for me as I've got a separate camera anyway....

Think I'm leaning towards the Desire S at the moment, plenty of time to change my mind yet though!
