hi,
what you will find is most upgrades are designed just to improve stability of current android version or to make improvements, it would therefor be impossible to find out what new 'features' as most upgrades include no new features at all.
only when the upgrade is from one version of android to another ie ics 4.0.1 to 4.0.4 will any new features be added then a quick session on google should appease the curiosity or wait until somebody on here gives a heads up to anynew features.
