That would, if I am correct, be the Galaxy Tab 7 Plus. Until an official update is rolled out for your device (not likely), then rooting and upgrading that way is your only choice. This will involve accessing the root files of the tablet, and replacing the stock operating system with a custom ROM. It is not a difficult method, but does have risk: make sure you read a lot and ask any questions BEFORE doing it!
