Help Upgrade

1.....Can we update jellybeans to kitkat by any hard or easy software
2.....After rooting do we get disconnected by there server

Upgrades are always device-specific - there is no generic android build which can be installed on all devices. So to update you have 2 options: the "software updates" menu on your phone (Settings > About > Software Updates) or rooting and installing a custom ROM.

For the first, if the manufacturer has released an update for your phone you will be able to download and install it from the settings.

For the second, if somebody else has built a KitKat ROM for your phone then after rooting (or rather, after installing a custom recovery) you can download and install that. Do read the installation instructions for the ROM, and make sure you only attempt to install ROMs built for your exact device model.

If there is no suitable ROM available for your device and the manufacturer has not released an update, then unless you can learn how to build Android for your device yourself there is no other way.

As for the second question, if the only thing you do is root the phone you will still receive notification of official updates. However, if you have installed a custom recovery you will not be able to install them from the settings menu, and once you have modified the phone's software (including just rooting the ROM) I'd not recommend trying to install an official Over The Air update: at best it will unroot the phone, but it could also mess up other stuff.
