Help upgrading android 4.0 ICS to 4.1 jelly bean

Hi Guys,

I recently bought Samsung galaxy S3 which is running Android 4.0 ICS.
I want to upgrade it to 4.1 Jelly bean.

Well, I know how to install it once setup is on SD card but I dont know where to download the setup from .
This may sound stupid to you but I really spent lot of my time searching on web as how to download the jelly bean software form internet??

Can anybody please help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

Hello sancrazy10 and welcome to AF. :)

I think it would depend on what carrier you're with, but have you gone into Settings > About Device > Software update? I did on mine, but it wasn't JB. Hope this helps. :)

Thanks Metroid..
Yes, I already tried that way but it didn't upgrade to 4.1 but rather updated the existing 4.0.
I have seen videos of people upgrading their S3 with jelly bean after getting a setup file but they never tell where they get that setup from and how?
