Help Upgrading from Moto G 2014 to S4/Z1

Is it worth to upgrade from G 2014 to either S4 i9505 or Xperia Z1 because I can get them for cheap?

What do you think about s4 vs z1? My first smartphone was sony so i kinda like them but that tft display on Z1 worries me.
I remember when trying S3 it was very slippery, is that the deal with S4 too?

Well, it was an improvement on the Xperia Z's display and I'm still happily using my Z. The viewing angles aren't great but, if using it as a personal media player, the Sony knocks the Samsung out of the park in terms of colour rendition and clarity.

The S4's textured back makes this less of an issue, and its curved edges may suit some people better than the squared-off Sony. Getting both in your hands is the only way to judge for yourself.
