Root Upgrading/rooting Android devices.

Hi

Has anyone upgraded the Android OS on an LG-P350 or a Tablet (Flytouch 3 comes up as Disco10)
Phone is currently running ver 2.2.2
Tablet is running ver 2.2-20110803
