Hi, sorry to barge in (and a few days late at that) but I'm very new to Android and yesterday misled by someone who posted pics of their ATT GS2 running ICS tried to upgrade to the international version without prior research of how dangerous it was, a dumb move I never plan on making again.
As many reported, I found out later, my voice calls were not working (which makes me question if the guy who posted the facebook pic of his screen on ICS receives or makes calls in the first place since he seemed proud), I however used a guide on the XDA forums dedicated to getting the phone into stock state in case you have return or send for repairs using Odin I believe
The file was called I777UCKH7-CL503881-No-BL
Anyway after I did that my phone returned back to normal running Gingerbread on 2.3.4 except for my bootloader saying I'm on I9100 which I plan to solve later if ever. I had to do a reset afterwards since some google apps werent loading correctly but all in all it was fixable so if it's late for mmcdougall2
http://androidforums.com/members/mmcdougall2.html I'm sorry but anybody else please try that before doing something expensive.
PS Download mode didn't seem to be working in the usual way in that ICS Rom but I found out you can press down volume + home button + power to put it in download mode, likewise if you press volume up instead of volume down and the same other buttons you enter E3 recovery mode for the wipe.
Hope this helps anybody and doesn't annoy anybody.
