Upgrading to Note 3 from Nexus 4

Currently use the Nexus 4 but may sell it to my sister as she needs a new phone.

Is it possible to run stock Android on a Note 3 (and is it recommended, warranty issues etc if it is) and if not, what is the largest screen phone (I watch a lot of documentaries) out there that runs stock Android?

I'd love a Note 3 but the add ons and TouchWiz is stopping me from buying it.

Get the HTC One M8.

Nexus 5, One M8 GPE and S4 GPE are all 5" and run Stock Android.

Also, Tinkering with Samsung Phones these days is not nearly as easy as HTC, with their KNOX Kernels and whatnot.
