Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Until there is an official upgrade release of ICS for your phone, the only way to upgrade would be to root your device. That being said, I don't know that there is a rom sporting ICS either. I'm not a root person so it's something I have no idea. I do not see your device in our forums so I don't know what root options are available to you or where you might seek that information. You might try asking is our general Android discussion area with hopes that someone there might have some suggestions for you. Here is that link:
