Help upload and download items without WIFI

How do I upload items without WIFI..on my old Windows Phone WIFI was not required. I simply downloaded the Zune client to the PC and connected the cable. All uploads and downloads were automatic...can't seem to figure out if motocast is a similar utility. I cannot access WIFI at my home...I have unlimited data so except for uploading and downloading I should not need WIFI and it was never a requirement for Windows. Phone.

So I connected the cable synced to me existing Windows live account. Uploaded all my recent photos. How do I get rid of the notification telling me I have 52 things to upload and to connect to WIFI which in my case will never happen...it's why I bought unlimited data!
