Help Uploading/ Downloading Music, Pictures

How can i upload/download music and pictures to and from my phone? I updated my phone but my LG EVE never came with a upload/ download software. Where can I find a software which works with LG EVE?
 
You don't need software. Turn USB Debugging on and when you plug your phone in all you need to do is pull down the Notification Bar and select the option to copy files to/from your computer. Now your phone will show as a removable media device on your computer and you can copy to/from
