Previously, I couldn't use any browser to upload files using 2shared or tinypic or simply attach a file, this is because when you press the browse button, the "open with" window does not show the file manager, I've stumbled across a solution (accidentally) 
. Simply download Solid Explore (a file manager) from the Google play store and it will show up as an option when clicking these typical browse buttons, and then you can simply select your file
