Uploading to HTC Incredible... Easy?

I've never had a smartphone, so Im not sure how its normally done, but am I going to be able to upload the mp3s and photos from my MacBook directly to my Droid?

I don't have a way of saving anything on a memory card. Is there a standard way you transfer data from an APPLE to this phone?

I'm sure a USB cable will work, but if you really don't have any hardware at all for this it might be easiest just to put them online somewhere and download them to the phone.

When you plug in your droid to your pc/mac with a usb, you'll be given the option to mount your phone's sd card just like a card reader would.
 
Programs like DoubleTwist will also allow you to "sync" music and photos. In the long run it might not be easier than good old drag and drop, but it is an alternative. I believe DT works with Mac OS X.
